Purchase Options & Subscription Cancellation Policy

Overview By selecting a "Subscribe & Save" or any recurring billing purchase option at checkout, you agree to recurring charges to your original payment method at the frequency you selected (e.g., every 30 days). You are in full control of your subscription and can pause, modify, or cancel it at any time, subject to the terms outlined below.

1. How to Cancel Your Subscription You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time through one of the following methods:

  • Customer Portal: Log in to your Endoforge account on our website, navigate to "Manage Subscriptions," and select "Cancel."

  • Email Support: Send an email to Support@getendoforge.com with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation" and include your full name and order number.

2. Cancellation Deadline To avoid being charged for your next scheduled order, you must submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date.

  • If you cancel exactly on the day your order is scheduled to bill, or after the billing has already been processed, your cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle.

  • We send automated reminder emails prior to upcoming subscription charges to ensure you have ample time to manage your account.

3. Processed & Shipped Orders Once a subscription order has been successfully billed and processed in our system, it cannot be cancelled, intercepted, or stopped.

  • If you forgot to cancel and your order has already been processed, the order will be shipped to you.

  • You may still return the unopened, sealed product in accordance with our standard 30-Day Refund Policy. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes We are committed to providing excellent customer support and resolving any issues directly with you. If you have an issue with a subscription charge, you agree to contact Support@getendoforge.com to seek a resolution before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card company.

  • Unwarranted Chargebacks: If you file a chargeback for a subscription charge where the cancellation policy was not followed (e.g., you did not cancel 48 hours prior to billing), we will submit the transaction records, your subscription agreement, and this policy to your bank as proof of a valid charge.

  • Accounts that file fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks (often referred to as "friendly fraud") will be permanently banned from making future purchases on our store.

5. Modifications to Subscription Deliveries If you do not want to cancel but simply need a break, you can skip a delivery, change your delivery frequency, or update your shipping address at any time inside your customer portal. Any modifications must also be made at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date to apply to the upcoming order.
